a few photos from the shoot, featuring my pregnant doll, and companion doll. In the photo in the middle you can see a few of my prototype dolls, I have about 10 which show the progression of the doll body and face pattern/s. My companion and I are wearing pinafore's made from mum's old Laura Ashley print curtains. The pillow on the left in the 2nd picture was made by mum from the same fabric. I love matching!

Honours work photoshoot

The dolls I am creating this year form a large part of my honours research. (I am currently studying at QUT within the fashion school). This weekend I did a photoshoot with everything I have made so far, which I will be printing in the form a book. This will form the bulk of my 'creative pratice outcome'.
The above sketch was an idea for how I wanted to photograph one of my dolls, which wears a matching outfit to myself. I call her the companion doll.
